SERVICE DESCRIPTION

By subscribing to our SMS alert service, you agree to receive text messages from Wattmore regarding your solar monitoring system, including but not limited to:

  • System performance alerts and anomalies

  • Equipment malfunction notifications

  • Maintenance reminders and scheduling

  • Weather-related impact notifications

  • Monthly performance summaries

CONSENT AND OPT-IN

By providing your mobile phone number and confirming your subscription, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us. This consent is not required as a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your solar system's performance and your notification preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, with additional messages during system emergencies or maintenance periods.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for all charges associated with text messages sent to your mobile device.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

This service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers.

    After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
